How can this case be closed due to the reason i was provide. I am not sure how else to explain this to you all.
THE ITEM I ORDERED WAS SUPPOSE TO BE CUSTOMIZED BUT GUESS WHAT THEY DIDN'T STITCH MY OUTFIT. This was one of the reasons I OPENED A CASE.
ISSUE 2: WRONG ITEM WAS MAILED AND i FOUND OUT THAT I WAS MAILED SOMETHING WAY CHEAPER THEN WHAT I PAID for
ISSUE3: AFTER GETTING A PARTIAL CREDIT BECAUSE THE SELLER DROPPED THE BALL FOR NOT FULFILLING THE ORDER I FOUND OUT THEY ALSO CHARGED ME WAY MORE FOR ALL FOUR ITEMS. I HAVE PROVIDED YOU GUYS WITH SCREENSHOTS AND ALL THE COMMUNICATIONS TO THE SELLER TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. IF THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE RESOLVED SOON I WILL SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH SOCIAL MEDIA. HOW THIS ISSUE WAS HANDLE AND HOW I AM TOLD MY CASE IS RESOLVED BECAUSE CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NOT COVER. PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND A CASE IS CREATE TO REPORT THAT THE ITEM WAS NOT STITCED (CUSTOMIZED). LOOKS LIKE NO ONE CAN COMPREHEND SOMETHIGN SO SIMPLE. I DON'T THINK I SHOULD BE SPENDING SO MUCH TIME WHEN A SELLER IS THE FRAUD HERE AND THE SO CALL CUTOMIZED ITEM IS NO THAT CUSTOMIZE HERE. IT WAS NEVER STITCHED SO HOW CAN YOU CLOSE THE CASE SAYING THAT. I WANT TO RETURN EVERYTHING AND WANT A FULL MONEY BACK NOW.
It wil be two months soon and guess what i am still trying to resolve my issue. Paypal also failed me along with a FRAUD company mirraw
Issue 1: Seller Mirraw mailed me the wrong item and the item was cheaper then what i paid for.
Issue 2; I ordered two items to be customized and guess what it was so i wanted to return it.
Issue 3: Mirraw charged me extra for all four items. I found out when they gave me 15% for not customizing the item. Hello paypal how can you close the case when seller agreed that they didn't customized the outfits.
Mirraws order confirmation email and my order shows a lot more cheaper price then what this guys charged me. I didn't pay much attention because i thought it was the stitching fee until i tried to figure out how the partial credit was applied.

1. This is not paypal customer services.
2. You are not covered by buyer protection for customised items and that is why you lost the case.
Does not matter if the seller customised the item or not, the fact is you bought an item that was to be customised so you were not covered.
You can buy them but at your own risk.
Items Not Covered
Items like real estate, motorised vehicles (of any kind), custom-made items, industrial machinery (for manufacturing), prepaid cards, or items that violate our policies or eBay’s policies, anything you buy in person, or money transfers to friends or family.

But they still ignore the fact that one of the item was the wrong item and they over charged me for all the items. I think i kind of know how to get paypals attention on this.

Doesn't really matter that it was the wrong one, the fact is the transaction itself was for customised items and as such was not covered whatever the seller sent you !!!!
For eg they don't cover you for motor vehicles so if you bought one and they sent the wrong car you would still not be covered as they don't cover cars.
As for overcharging, they would have sent you an invoice or whatever so it was up to you to check if it was correct before you paid.
