Does anyone think it's fair that Paypal sometimes charges the higher foreigner payment fee of 3.9% to some US based payment just because their system incorrectly classifies the payment as coming from outside the US? If the payment is being made from a US credit card or bank and the address is in the US then we should not be charged a foreign payment fee.
I buy alot from China not sure that I have paid extra fees - but have 2 transaction fees deducted from my checking account and no record of anything being bought - have tried for hours to get thru to Pay Pal and keeps saying I have the wrong password - need a # to call and talk to a person - I am wondering if this is the fees you were talking of???
