First let me say that I am very technologically up to date and very familiar with every detail of how the internet works, how to design websites and how to convey information clearly. I must say thought that his paypal website is so tragically difficult to naviage that I might as well be trying to write cursive with my opposite hand while juggling three full wine glasses with my other hand, kicking the dog with my left foot and doing so all while blindfolded.
Come on, guys. Among other difficulties, for starters, It took me 5 minutes to figure out where to go on the site to change my email address. I even went to the help faq and inconveniently, none of the help topics have direct links to those respecitve topics... which would be incredibly helpful.
It is rare that I have an issue with the navigation of any website and it is more rare that I take the time to complain about a crappy website but you guys should know better. You're not a mom and pop organization. Spend a couple bucks and have someone design a USABLE site for you. Geez.
