The (relatively) new look is cleaner and while it may take some time getting used to it, there are issues that can't be "learned".
As a user (consumer):
How do you get back to (aka "navigate") Paypal if you enter the Paypal Credit "world"? I don't use "world" lightly - I mean what I say because there is no navigational element apparent (at least to me) to get gack to the Paypal world. The UI is defining the 2 distinct/different "worlds" - Paypal and Paypal Credit worlds...
