PayPal allowed stolen item transaction even after I provided evidence of fraud seller

I recently got conned in buying an iPhone 5 which was stolen.Paypal decided in sellers favour and I appealed and provided checkmend report yet they decided to favour the thief and thus validate stolen items being sold happily through PayPal! Protect clients?Is this how you do it?Genuine users like us suffer while PayPal just ignores!Ive lost. £250..while PayPal earned on this fraud!well done!

I just received a stolen phone as well and the seller won the appeal I filed. I will never buy anything from this site again

I feel your pain! I bought a Houston Texans jersey for $110.00 and it doesn't even have the team name on it!  I filed a claim and they denied me!  Some protection.  I can't even find a way to appeal it since they just closed the claim without any warning.  I will never use paypal again either.

Bought a stolen phone by mistake Paypal refuse to help me out. Bunch of foreign jerks. Sided with seller. Let's do a class action lawsuit!
