I have concluded after trying both, that Paypal has opted out of e-mail and phone support.
Oh, they still show these services on their site, but they are impossible to access or get a human response.
If by some freak of nature, you should get through to Asian support after waiting for two hours, you will get someone who's english is so bad, you have to repeat the question 10 times to get an answer you can interpret.
I personally have let my line open for 4 hours + without a pickup from Asian support. I call THAT non existant!
BUT THE DINERO IS ROLLING IN AT PAPAL.
What a greedy disqusting company. America has become a **bleep** hole of thieving corporate shills. They steal your money and give you almost ZERO support. The peasants have no where to go, ha, ha, ha!!
