I just opened a PayPal Debit Card and at that time I thought it was a good deal. Take my word for it, it's not. I've had it for 2 days and I've been hit with a fee of $4.95 (Monthly Fee), a $1.00 fee for just using an ATM, which I thought I had enough money in the account, which I didn't, so I took out less money and found out that I was charged $1.95 for doing that. this was done using an authorized ATM buy PayPal Prepaid Mastercard (They are tied in with Allpoint). It was suppose to be Fee free. That's a total lie. I got $40.00 and it cost me $7.90.
Don't get suckered in. It's a rip off, read the fine print, which nobody does!!
