New fist page is distracting

This may be picky, but I find the opening page video creepy and distracting. Today it was hard to type in my password with part of a man walking across my screen. A nice attractive screen without animation, video action, or motion of any kind would be much preferred.

I am a daily user of Pay Pal and there web site. Today I go on to just check my Pay Pal Working Captiol balance and guess what.... there is NO SITE LINK to Pay Pal working Capitol!!! It's gone! I do not understand why they felt the need to change the site page it worked perfect I could check my stats in 10 seconds-not now... I spent 20 minutes looking for a link to it all to have to call them to find out there isn't one yet..... So for all of you  out there I thought I would let you know don't bother looking for it it isn't there. It would have been nice of Pay Pal to place a notice at the top of the NEW page that there is not an available link to get your Pay Pal Working Capitol information. I guess I'm old school---"If it ant't broke don't fix it"

It's the time wasted, looking for something that isn't there, that is most frustrated.

With any business, time is money, but even more so for a small single handed business.  I don't have an assistant to hand off the quest to.  No, I have to take valuable time to chase missing information down, thereby taking me off task from actually making money.  

Grrrr.......

What were they thinking, not creating a new page that covers everything the old one did?

And is there no one who double checks this stuff?  Making sure everything from the old page is represented on the new?

It's important that users can access their information without wasting time finding something that isn't actually there (without advising us so).

You're also right, they should have a button or banner saying the info is gone for good and here's where to find it (apply a hot link).

I did figure out a (cumbersome) way to get to Working Capital.  Go to help, search for working capital.  You will get one of the listings that actually has a link from a PP person that you can click to get there.  I put that in my bookmarks, but it's such a pain.  GIVE US THE OPTION OF THE CLASSIC SITE!!!!

No kidding!!   No Working Capital link, no Merchant Services link and I can't find any of it!  Wasting my time looking for things and I astill can't find them!

The new Inter Face is terrible!  Very confusing!
