These guys have **bleep** up my accounts so many times it's a JOKE! I have called 4 times now and everytime they say the last person **bleep** it up but now it's fixed. Fourth time I have had that conversation in the past couple of months today. What are the chances it's actually fixed this time? Slim to none. Paying my account off with a low interest card and moving on. Unbelievably bad service from these guys. I'm done.
Right there with ya. These people have no clue. I'm even having problems closing my account. Never had a company that didn't want my money. Oh, wait... they forced me into paypal credit. I guess they were hoping I would miss my payment so they could charge me extra fees. First time I ever used them, and will be the last. NEVER again.
