Be aware the paypal protection plan does not protect your money. I had an extremely horrible experience with a vendor on a recent vacation. Everyone I knew that attended the event received a refund. I even sent proof of the coordinator saying she would refund the money and still paypal refused to refund my money. They've lost a customer for life and I will never use the credit line they offered. Why use a company that will not have your best interests at heart and even with Prof hold up there end a protection agreement. For now on I'll charge all my products and activities to a legit credit card company where I can expect satisfactory service. They'll never get my business again.
before you blame a company make sure you've done your part first before they make their move.
the merchant is the one that will process the refund at first if you guys settled it personally , but if the merchant is not giving you any refund then you need to file a dispute. so, did you filed a dispute?
