Need to combine two PayPal Accounts

I cannot seem to get a hold of a person to do what I want to do, which si to combien two PayPal accounts into one. Is there a real contact phone number for technical support? Why isn't there a phone number where I can speak to a live person? Not all scenarios are figured out by your phone system, nor for your email system.

I'm sorry to say it, but even if you did get a live person, it wouldn't help.  I myself spoke to "support guy" yesterday about adding my bank account to my current PayPal account,but since I already have 3 previously closed PayPal accounts w/ the same bank info. on all three, I can't add it to my current PayPal account.
