Hmm... In India paypal is very limited and can only be acted as "Gateway" but not as a "Wallet" according to the RBI rules. I guess most of the people here know about it. And We can't send payments with paypal balance but can only send payments with a credit card. And Mass payments is totally disabled due to this.
"We" webmasters/web developers are having huge problem in this..... I know this can't be solved directly because its a rule by RBI.
I have a suggesstion for this :
Can't you add another account balance. So the accounts of india have 2 types of account balances.
Receiving balance : Which is the normal current paypal balance which can only be used for withdrawals.
Sending balance : This will be the new balance in which we deposit from a cc (So doesn't violate the RBI rule.) and then we can send multiple payments from this sending balance. Maybe this balance will be again withdrawn after 24hrs if its really necessary. So we can use "Mass Payments" feature and can send payments more easily.
I dont know if anybody had already suggested this but if this can be done it may effect in someway to the people who went for alternatives of paypal to return and use paypal again.
