Hold time for Phone help is unprofessional and rediculous!

I waited on hold for 34 minutes to get a hold of a Paypal agent.  This is rediculous! The amount of money you get charge in fees, they should have more agents.

 

I asked my agent were they were located (because it sounded like a daycare in the background) they said their call center was in the Philippines. 

 

Bad business Paypal.

I'm at an hour and 46 minutes now 🙂

 

edit2: After spending an hour and 50 minutes on the phone, my battery died.

Absolutely and undoubtedly the most pathetic customer support I have ever had to deal with.

I gave up after 1 hour 46 minutes. First time I called it took 55 minutes.

Yesterday on hold 1 hour 45 minutes

 

Today at the 1 hour mark.

 

I HATE PAYPAL!

Had to call again today, currently at 1 hour 11 minutes.

Really not liking PayPal at this point.

 

edit: 1h 28 minutes, phone battery died again

 

I'm just going to request a new credit card number and never register on paypal again.

 

This has really hurt my reputation on eBay.

So I work my way through the TERRIBLE phone bureaucracy then hold for over 15 minutes for "Mary" to answer and say "Hello....Hello..... Hello... and HANGS ME UP!

 

Seriously considering closing Paypal and going back to Western Union.
