$19.00 late fee on my $71.00 bal seems a bit high don't ha think?

I don't know about Paypal credit, I've been approved haven't used it yet but my Visa charges me a $35.00 late fee, no matter what the balance is.  I think the store cards I have charge $25. for late payments-  

Late fees aren't like interest which is based on balance, they're a fine for not paying on time.  As those fees go, $19. isn't nearly as high as some credit companies charge. Heck my bank will let me withdraw more than I have, in an emergency but they charge me $36.00 for overdraft. 

Here's the info for PP Credit regarding late fees: 

"Yes, we’ll charge a late fee for each month that the minimum payment isn’t paid by the payment due date. The first time you’re late, the amount of the late fee will be the same amount as the missed payment, up to $25. If you’re late again, the late fee will be up to $35."
