Error code: 70049

 I paid for a item on ebay - a i7 870 cpu. but it came back with this error. Error code:  70049 - and it took 109 out of my paypal account - but did not mark it as being paid....

This error code is you bank/credit card company blocking paypal taking money from your card.

Reasons for this:

Suspisious activity on your card 

Previouse fraudulant activity on your cards through paypal

Call your bank and have a word with them!!!
