I sold a brand NEW phone out of the box, still in wrapping and the buyer is stating it has a hairline scratch and wants a refund (I had it listed with no returns). It was well packed and sent overnight via UPS. Now am I stuck with a phone with a scratch? I told him to return it for a refund but I feel like I"m being ripped off. Where is the seller protection?

Hi LisaMcB
I would wait to see if they open a case against you and seek advice from there.
No return no refund
Sellers protection?? dont know how difficult this would be to prove
