I am in really big frustration with PayPal right now. I won a dispute as I received an empty folder instead of products, that for proof's sake I kept it closed! But as I would have time till tomorrow and I see there is nothing I can do, let's see the fun part. 1. No answer to 5 emails from day one for additional information. 2. As seller did not answer, probably dispute won by a bot. Or else there is a joke that I have to return an empty folder to Bulgaria with tracking number, at my expense! Why? 3. Finnish post has no tracking for Bulgaria and I have to send there with tracking! Great logic! 4. To get the money, there has to be proof that seller got his item back. No way this can happen as the info PayPal gave me is fake! Sender had different info on the folder than the info of the seller PayPal gave me to send back. Like they wanted to send me to someone else! And that someone else of course does not exist! Name (he had a fake name like "bears" to use PayPal), even the town, that PayPal customer support could check from the tracking number that was sent to me by PayPal by the way could show the different town. Still they ignored me! No info for my next move. And after all these, just the bot messages me that I still have not put in the dispute a tracking number, they ignore every contact and case will be closed! Thank you PayPal for ripping me off! I will never use you again!
