Anyone else sit on hold for almost an hour trying to teach a LIVE person? What a nightmare!!!!

Depends what day you phone / what time you phone and it can vary from instant to a few hours.

I think i had a record 2 hour wait trying to get through to the taxman the other week so paypal aren't the only ones !!
