How do I "un-link" an email address to my PayPal account? It's the secondary email not the primary

My PayPal account is permanently limited and therefore I want to unlink my secondary email address from it but the remove tab once I click it tells me something went wrong and it refers me to contact support team kindly help unlink.

Sadly you can't remove anything from a permanently limited account, that is why it is limited, to stop you doing so and trying to open another paypal account against their rules.
