My Paypal account has all the details set up accordingly, name, address, bank account, debit card account. When requesting a Send Payment, Paypal transfers me to Xoom. Once on their webpage, I check my account and there is no bank account nor debit card account associated, but stll Xoom kept some info from Paypal like phone numbers. When trying to edit the bank account module, Xoom doesnt work and I can't put the banking details accordingly.
