how do i change my nationality. i chose irish but i'm from ni which uses pounds not euros. now i have trouble buying things on steam and apple store as my paypal and bank account are different currencies
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
I could be Indian but I would not be able to use an Indian account in the UK where I am living.
