How can I change place of birth if I first time accidentally put wrong place of birth?

place of birth??? you have a U.S paypal account so presumably you were born in the U.S?

I live in croatia and I accidentaly put place of birth colorado because they are one below other on list of countries.now i cant transfer money from paypal to my bank card because country on my id does jot match with country that i put on paypal

Sorry but thats impossible, paypals country list, lists COUNTRIES.

Colorado is a state and NOT a country so you couldn't have selected it.

You can't use another countries paypal account, its basically useless to you.
