Wrong bank input

I accidentally input wrong bank name Philippine National Bank instead of Philippine Savings Bank to the account number that I added to my Paypal Account. The account no. is correct which also has the same no. with Philippine National Bank that was now added in may paypal bank account. Now my account is temporary suspended

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
