Hello. I'm having an issue logging into my PayPal account. This morning, I received an email saying that I requested to change my email address and phone number. However, I didn't request either. So when I tried logging onto my account to change my password for security purposes, I wasn't able to log in because PayPal says there's no account associated with this email address. This isn't correct! I tried calling customer support, but I couldn't get through. I tried resetting my password and finding a forgotten email address, but I can't do either because my email address supposedly doesn't exist.
By the way, I'm using a family member's PayPal account to post this message because I'm unable to do so through my account since I can't log into it!
I'm not sure what to do now. Does anyone have any advice?
