Using Zip+4 with pages that use paypal for paying.

I have my zip+4 setup for ebay and amazon, and it works great since I have the USPS informed delivery with the dashboard, so all packages shipped with my zip+4 are automatically added and I get email notifications.

The other day, I ordered some items that had the paypal link for payment, so used it, but paypal only submitted the regular zip code.

Just checked my profile, and it doesn't allow other than the 5 digit zip code. So, will have to wait for them to send a tracking number, and will have to manually add it. Not sure why paypal doesn't allow for zip+4??

Tried the Help, but it said wait time would be hours???

Wish they had a simple email address

I think the reasoning is that paypal uses address that is confirmed though your credit/debit card and generally people just enter the 5 digit zip for that. Btw did you enter the zip +4 at your card used to confirm your PayPal account/address? If you used full zip there, it will show up with the zip+4 on PayPal.

Change your zip code to include the zip+4 at your card account used to confirm your PayPal billing address, then go to your credit card used to confirm the PayPal account in the wallet page and edit the address to include the zip+4. Then go to your list of addresses in your account settings to double check if it shows the zip+4. If not, go in and edit it.
