Unable to verify account

Hi I am unable to verify my account in the UK. The text messages never arrive to the same phone number that I have used for years and when I choose the 'call' option from Nebraska the code I enter is not recognised. Has anyone else in the UK had this problem?Cheers

If you are in the UK using a UK paypal account then you need to add a UK issued phone.

It is a UK phone and it is the number I have always used. Also I can't log in to change any details as I can't verify the account.
