Have tried changing my existing US address to Cayman Islands. Paypal does not accept any other country from outside US in the change address area. It does not have choice in State field - except US and cannot enter zip code other than US.
So how do I set up my account to send money from Cayman Islands to USA. Desperately, need to know. Thank you
PayPal is country specific, they will only allow addresses in the country where the account was opened. PayPal allows two accounts per person, one personal and one business account. PayPal does allow US bank accounts to be attached to Cayman Islands PayPal accounts.
