Unable to receive confirmation email to add new emails to account

Please help. I have searched everywhere on the email (spam, trash, promotions, etc.) that I'm trying to add to my account and I'm not receiving any confirmation emails.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
