I have had a pay pal account since 2013. I'm trying to transfer money to my bank account. I just updated my phone number because I do not have the number that I had in 2013. I will not allow me to transfer the money what can I do. Please help I have been at this for hours at a time. I can not reach anyone in customer service to help. Please help
