Shipping address is wrong

I have changed my shipping address and eliminated an old address and when I pay for something my OLD address STILL is listed and this is causing shipping delays and problems. I have tried to contact PayPal by E-mail and their system will not allow me to. How can I get this corrected. My old address is no longer listed on their system, but keeps showing up when I pay for something.

Click on your paypal wallet > click on any cards / bank accounts in there and see if any of them have the old address as their billing address.

Thank you, but payment method addresses had been changed earlier. It has been months since the address changes. The wrong shipping address still shows up only when I start to pay for a purchase.
