I'm trying to add a secondary email address. I follow the steps precisely and it continuously tells me to contact customer service. When I contact customer service, it's an automated recording telling me to do exactly what I had just done. Can someone please help me resolve this or share a number to where I can talk to a live person?

I seem to get the same issue, and when we go to the contact paypal form, use the drop downs to get to the correct enquiry, i get an error after submitting the form.
