Really fed up with Pay Pal's Bull. NEED HELP!

My "Primary Email" has been extinct for years! Yet Pay Pal (system) insists on continuing to use it causing me login and validation issues.
Just got scammed on Google Shopping and Pay Pal (system) refuses to assist .
Every attempt to reach a LIVE person in any customer service capacity fails. Cheap mothers use the Pandemic as an excuse to hide behind the worthless "system".
I need to access a real person with the capacity to resolve issues ASAP.
Please help direct me

Why haven't you changed it and made the new email the primary one?
Go and click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > click on the + and add another/new email address first > verify it > go back and click on update and tick the box underneath that says make primary > then you should get the remove option by the old now no longer primary email.
Advice is voluntary.
