Hello there so my issue is I am trying to make a payment on a online casino which accepts paypal. there website is called. www.videoslots.com. now when I try to deposit funds into my account it is throwing the attached message to me. I have attached a screen shot. do you have any idea what is going on. the casino told me to ask paypal and see what it is they said this is a paypal issue.
