Login via application

I have problem with login via paypal application for IOS. I can login via website, there is no problems. But when I tried to login via application, it says "Sorry, we can't confirm that it is you". Support center doesn't answer or arrange an agent for me. What should I do ?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

 

It seems like you're facing a security challenge. I would recommend clearing the cache and cookies of the App before trying again. Have you changed your phone recently? I am asking as the system may not be trusting new devices straight away. Also, make sure that you have push notifications active for the App, as we may send you a notification to confirm your identity.
