Problem loop in KYC Verification

In every 4-5 days, I'am recieving notification to fill in the same info of entering PAN Details and it's scanned copy, and i'am unable to know if my account is ready to recieve international payments!

It dosen't even tell that is anything is wrong with the info i submitted for PAN!

It just prompts me to fill it in again and again!
