Hello. So I had recently shut down a bank account (someone got into it and stole my money) and opened a new one. I came here to update things and link PayPal to my new account and close the old one. Thing is, I had a subscription which had pulled (or had attempted to) money from the old account after it was already shut down. So now I can't close the old one. I end up getting a message that there's a pending transaction. Anyone know how to deal with this issue?
