I no longer have access to the email or telephone number I used to start my PayPal cash card account. I can use my physical card for withdrawals and online purchases but can't access my online account. Someone please help me to update my email and telephone number
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
