NUMBER LINKED TO SOMEONE ELSES ACCT!

My number is linked to another acct including mine and my friend just sent money to my phone number but it was sent to another email address that isn't me!!!! Customer service doesn't help- it's all other countries that say they can't do anything!!! What do I do???

The sender of the payment should call and tell PayPal the situation with the phone number and see if they can have the payment returned to them.
