we have set up PayPal through the FA Matchday app - we are grassroots football club and chosen the option not for profit organisation and our account is on hold as I can’t upload a tax exemption certificate fir a registered charity, we are not a charity and don’t have one.
i have been advised to change my status under business information to individual or sole trader but I can’t as the not for profit option is all greyed out and can’t be changed
any advice will be greatly received
