I tried to log-in this morning to check my account but it says i placed the wrong password. I tried it again but same response so i decided to change it. I went back to the app to log-in again but im still getting same response until it suddenly said im temporarily locked out. Is there a way to email Paypal Philippines since they dont have live chat. (I'm not good with explaining through phone calls so im looking for alternatives.)
