Hello, I am having a problem with the FICA documents on the FNB platform. I was unable to upload my ID and proof of residence in the provided time. Now I am trying to start over with this process but I can not find the option to upload these documents again. Every time I try to link my Pay Pal with this FNB platform it tells me there are outstanding documents but I can't find the option to upload these documents. Please help! I am feeling frustrated.
