Link to account

Hi. I’m new to PayPal and am trying to figure out why my newly created link which was approved is linking to someone else’s account? I have no idea how to fix this problem, especially since it’s my name and linking to someone different. Any suggestions?

what do you mean (Linking?) 

do you mean Linking a Bank Card to Paypal?

other than that? I can't think of anything else that is odd.

be more specific so I can maybe give you the right information if I 

have knowledge of it.
