I have tried numerous times over the years even sometimes with the assistance of customer service, even if they say it was supposed to work because they'd fixed it, it never worked. Like it didn't even appear in payment methods. I tried again today after a long hiatus but even if at first the new interface made me think they fixed the issue resulted in me getting an error message saying they are unable to proceed and try back later. I do understand that time won't make any difference and I suspect there might be no way out of this situation but I came here to ask help to the community in hope to be able to use paypal in a near future. For the info I have a Tangerine checking account, I am a Canadian and the infos on my bank account match the ones on Paypal. Thanks a lot!
