I made an account for selling some digital goods

So I made this account for my son to be able to sell some digital goods from a game called ,,Roblox,, and since me and my wife never had Paypal before we tought in order to sell our sons goods we would need to make a buisness one. My son told me yesterday PayPal asks for some buisness data and the buisness was the name of the ebay account we made him to sell the goods. We knew there would be a hold since his account was new but the real problem right now are the account restrictions on PayPal. I tried to contact ebay yesterday ( aproximatively 24 hours ago ) but we still didnt get a reply. Is it able to change the account status to a non buisness one like a personal one? If it is how is that possible other than emailing.

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
You can click on help / contact bottom left of every Paypal page for contact options for your country.
OR
You could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
