hi i'm a newbie with paypal. my account had been limit for some reason about business proofs. because when i sign up i'm not sure with one i chose so now my account was a business one but i dont do any business though. that why i cant not resolve the problem with my limit paypal. i saw some of the topic said that you can downgrade to personal account by sending email to paypal. i did follow the instruction but i cant not send email at the end. dont know why. can someone please help me out. thanks

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
