Hi I really confused and I need help urgently... because I sold some from depop and my paypal are already connected with my paypal. And when I sold something paypal got a cut from debit card balance and then I never received it from depop after I done with the transaction after that I already reaching out to depop 2 separate time and all of 2 of the email said that I must fully verified my paypal account. The last time that I remembered that I already verified my paypal account and I tried reaching out again to depop and they said I must asking here to help me if I not claim this payment the money will back to the buyer in 30 days. Can you guys help me please thank u
