How to open second paypal account in a new country

Hi

I have an Italian PayPal account, I just moved to the UK, I would like to keep my old PayPal account and open a new one to use in the UK. 
How can I do that? 

If I try to open a new PayPal account in the UK PayPal site it shows an error saying that my email is already registered. But I don't want to close my Italian account...

Use a different email address, can't use the same email address.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't have another email address, and I don't want to create a new one for that...

There isn't another way?

No other way. Our email address identifies our PayPal account and it has to be unique. Or, you can close your Italy account.

So the only way is to close the Italian account, after open the UK account?

Can I import all the Italian Bank/Credit Card payment methods in the new UK account after?
