My current billing address is in China which linked to my bank information when I created my account, but now I live in Canada. When I tried to use my balance to pay for something online, it always failed to say that the error is due to the difference between my billing address and shipping address.
However, I just cannot updated my billing address and nationality through my account. The province options showing there are only China's.
