If PayPal is asking for documents to prove your identity, then the time it takes varies depending on your specific case. You're better off just paying with credit card without the use of PayPal should. this shop have a non-PayPal credit card processing method with another payment processor. Cards also protect you from unauthorized payments, not just PayPal. Or just pay using the credit/debit card option on the PayPal checkout login page.
