In my account area, I click "close" to close my account and it displays an "are you sure?" page. If I'm sure, it says "call this toll-free number." When I call the toll-free number it says it can't close my account, use the help area to send them a message. When I get to the help area there's no place (in the browser on my cell phone) to send a message, but very helpfully tells me to go to my account to close my account. Anyone have a clue how I can close my account?
